First-Time Setup

After installing ReportHero, you'll go through a quick setup process to connect your boards and configure your workflow. This typically takes about 5 minutes.

The setup process has three steps:

Connect your boards: Select which Monday.com boards you want to analyze.
Select workflow columns: Tell ReportHero which columns serve specific roles like assignees, due dates, and effort.
Map your statuses: Map your board's status labels to universal workflow stages for consistent reporting.

Don't worry about getting everything perfect on the first try. All settings can be changed at any time from the sidebar.
