Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Iulian-Andrei Oana, operating as ReportHero ("ReportHero", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ReportHero application ("Service", "App"), available through the monday.com marketplace.
By installing, accessing, or using ReportHero, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReportHero is a third-party application available on the monday.com marketplace that provides advanced reporting and analytics capabilities for monday.com users. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Cross-board reporting and data aggregation across multiple monday.com boards
- Formatted Excel and PDF export capabilities
- Dashboard widgets and visual analytics
- Historical data tracking and trend analysis
- Automated data synchronization at periodic intervals
- Workflow analytics including cycle time and time tracking reports
ReportHero is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to monday.com. The Service operates as an independent third-party integration.
3. Account and Access
To use ReportHero, you must have an active monday.com account. Access to the Service is granted through the monday.com OAuth authentication process. By authorizing ReportHero, you grant the App permission to access your monday.com account data as described in Section 5 (Data Access and Privacy).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your monday.com account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account through the Service.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Plans and Pricing
ReportHero is a paid subscription service. New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are displayed within the App and/or on the monday.com marketplace listing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
4.2 Free Trial
ReportHero offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you will have access to the full features of the Service. At the end of the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period expires. No charges will be applied during the trial period.
4.3 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through the monday.com marketplace billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method.
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the monday.com marketplace. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with monday.com's marketplace refund policies.
5. Data Access and Privacy
5.1 Data We Access
When you authorize ReportHero, the App accesses the following data from your monday.com account:
- Board names, structures, columns, and configurations
- Item and sub-item data, including column values
- User information (names, email addresses) for reporting purposes
- Workspace and account-level metadata
5.2 Data Storage
Data accessed from your monday.com account is stored securely on our infrastructure to enable the Service's reporting and analytics features, including historical tracking. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Upon uninstallation of ReportHero or account deletion, we will delete your synced data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
6. User Communications
We may contact you regarding the Service for the following purposes:
- Essential service notifications (e.g., outages, security alerts, breaking changes)
- Account and billing communications
- Product updates, new features, and announcements
- Feedback requests, surveys, and usage tips
You may opt out of non-essential communications (such as product updates and feedback requests) at any time by contacting us or following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications. Essential service and account-related communications cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any connected systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended use
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of ReportHero. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or other brand features.
Your monday.com data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service depends on the monday.com API and third-party infrastructure, which are beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes in advance. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
10.1 Data Accuracy Disclaimer
ReportHero aggregates, processes, and displays data sourced from your monday.com account via the monday.com API. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data displayed in reports, dashboards, exports, or any other output of the Service is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Data may be affected by API limitations, synchronization delays, changes to the monday.com platform, or other factors beyond our control.
You acknowledge and agree that all reports, analytics, and data outputs provided by ReportHero are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any data before relying on it for business decisions, financial reporting, client deliverables, or any other purpose. ReportHero shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from decisions made based on data displayed by the Service.
10.2 Reporting Data Inaccuracies
ReportHero processes and displays data from a large number of boards, items, and accounts. Due to the volume and diversity of data synced across our user base, it is not feasible for us to independently verify the accuracy of data displayed for each individual account.
You agree to notify us promptly upon discovering any data inaccuracy, discrepancy, or error in the Service's reports or outputs by contacting us at iulian@reporthero.app. We commit to investigating and resolving reported data inaccuracies as a matter of urgency. However, ReportHero shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from data inaccuracies that were not reported to us in a timely manner. Your continued use of the Service without reporting a known inaccuracy constitutes acceptance of the data as displayed.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REPORTHERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Loss of data or data corruption
- Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed data in reports or exports
- Damages arising from business decisions made based on data displayed by the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any interruption or cessation of the monday.com API or platform
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF REPORTHERO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPORTHERO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REPORTHERO IN THE ONE (1) MONTH IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReportHero and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling ReportHero from your monday.com account. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14 shall survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms within the App or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReportHero regarding the Service.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
